Latvian 3x3 star Karlis Lasmanis won the MVP trophy at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Hungary Masters 2020 after leading Riga (LAT) to their 4th Masters trophy on September 2, 2020.

The 26-year-old led his team in Player Value, the metric used in 3x3 to measure each player's statistical contribution and finished 3rd overall behind Dusan Bulut (Novi Sad, SRB) and Joey King (NY Harlem, USA). He also finished 3rd overall in scoring.

The former number 1 player in the world was key in a tough semi-final versus NY Harlem, where he had 6 rebounds and scored 9 points, including the game-winner. He contributed 4 points and 7 rebounds in the final.

It was Lasmanis' 3rd MVP trophy on the World Tour after taking home that silverware at the Doha and Prague Masters last year.

An MSP (Most Spectacular Player) will be named by the fans on the social media one week after the event based on the player’s exciting plays during the whole tournament.
