Top 5 reasons to watch FIBA 3x3 World Tour Boomage Beijing Final

Ni hao everyone!  This is what we’ve been waiting for – the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Bloomage Beijing Final! Get the popcorn ready: it’s the 5 reasons to watch the World Tour Final this weekend.

At number 1, it’s the return to the Bloomage Live shopping mall, where we had more drama than dating a Kardashian last year. 8 of the 12 finalists are back from last year, including the reigning champs Zemun. Will the Dragon Bogdan Dragovic go supersaiyan on the Internet this year again?

At 2, we welcome back Novi Sad Al Wahda! The Serbs won five-Masters this season and are on a 27-game winning streak – call them the Money Mayweather of 3x3. But Novi Sad don’t want to unleash the Dragon ever again. Novi Sad will be out for revenge like Uma Thurman in Kill Bill.

Coming up at number 3, there’s another team on a big winning streak. 10 ain’t 27. But Liman Tesla Voda haven’t lost a game at the World Tour since losing the title game in Hyderabad last month. Both in Chengdu and Penang, Stefan Stojacic aka Mr. Robot has activated the sicko mode. Who will keep the streak alive in Beijing?

At 4, can a US team finally win the World Tour? Well, it has to be Princeton who are the only team from the US of A to make the final cut. Keep an eye on former NBA player Robbie Hummel, who’s made his 3x3 debut this year. If the 29-year-old is himself in Beijing, there won’t be a man standing. Because like Kendrick Lamar said: “Be Hummel, sit down”.

Last but not least, it’s the final of the Dunk contest. The rims are gonna need stitches like snitches because we have the best in the business competing in Beijing. Ukraine’s Vadim ‘Miller’ Poddubchenko is a human dunking machine – I don’t think the rims in Chengdu have recovered. He will get all he can handle from five-time World Tour winner Rafal 'Lipek' Lipinski from Poland who has more hangtime than Neil Armstrong in 1969.
