Stojacic leads all scorers after Day 1 at FIBA 3x3 World Tour Debrecen Masters
DEBRECEN (FIBA 3x3 World Tour) - Liman (SRB) star Stefan Stojacic topped all scorers on the first day of action at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Debrecen Masters on August 31 2017.
The 28-year-old started things off with a 10-point explosion against his Serbian countrymen from Belgrade and caught fire from the outside in a nail-biter (21-19) against Amsterdam PM Inox - his 8 points all came from behind the arc.
He also nearly set the crowd on fire after one of the meanest ankle-breaker you'll ever see... but did not convert the ensuing two-pointer.
Warsaw's Michal Wojtynski trailed Stojacic by just one point (17). Budapest (HUN)'s Tamas Ivosev and last year's World Tour Final MVP Jasmin Hercegovac (Ljubljana, SLO) follow at third place with 15 points apiece.
